每年11月的第四个星期四是美国传统的感恩节，在美国人的心目中，感恩节的重要性仅次于圣诞节。这一天也是美国的公共假日，美国人往往连上周末，度过一个4-5天的假期，作为美国血拼季和休假季的开始。

第一种，已下单客户

没有什么比送礼更直接的了。对于老客户，我们可以根据客户的喜好、需求在这个节日送上一份贴心的小礼物，比如一件孩子喜欢的小玩具、客户喜欢的书籍等等；如果是新客户，不了解对方的喜好也没有关系，可以送一些中国特色的小礼物，客户一般都比较喜欢。记得附赠贺卡！

或者拍一段有意思的短视频，视频祝福往往比文字更直观、更能打动人！国外很多客户对YouTube、TikTok等短视频爱不释手，所以我们也可以来一段！用自己的照片或者动员全公司的员工录制一段客户的专属祝福视频，绝对会留下深刻的印象。

第二种，强烈购买意向客户

1.最好写一封专属的邮件，千万不要套用模板，有针对性一点，比如你可以回顾一下与这位客人之间的一两件印象深刻的事情，或者是他曾经给予你的帮助等等，然后因此致以谢意。最好后面再加上一张感恩节贺卡。

2.组织一次专场促销活动：由于感恩节与疯狂购物季“黑色星期五”紧密相连，不妨利用感恩节做个促销，给老客户一些真正的实惠。把自己的祝福邮件标题变成这样：

可以通过WhatsApp等发送简短的祝福短信。例如：

Joy and fun, wish fulfillment and blessing, come to your home this Thanksgiving!
I am so grateful that I have you all with me on this Thanksgiving Day.

第四种，潜在客户
很多老外会在感恩节或“黑五”期间，在社交平台上发表评论或者照片，这个时候就是提升你们感情的时刻了，一定要记得积极点赞评论多多互动哦！但要注意的是，尽量在这些评论里少提自己的产品，否则让人觉得你的举动虚情假意，效果适得其反。
